ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTSeptember 18, 2020: Part 2 Window is Open!; POSTING: Final List of Acceptable Modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit and Standard Guaranty
An RFP Bidder that submitted a successful Part 1 Proposal for PECO’s September 2020 Solicitation under DSP IV may submit a Part 2 Proposal. All Part 2 Proposals must be received by the Independent Evaluator by 12PM (noon) EPT on Thursday, September 24, 2020, the “Part 2 Date”.
The Part 2 Form is available to be completed online and is now accessible. In addition to completing the form, the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit must be submitted as an electronic PDF file via electronic means to the Independent Evaluator at PECOProcurement@nera.com.
Additionally, the Independent Evaluator has posted the final list of acceptable modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit (dated September 17, 2020) and Standard Guaranty (dated September 16, 2020) to the Supplier Information – Documents page.
