You are invited to attend a webcast on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM (EPT) that will provide information regarding the upcoming March 2021 Solicitation. This solicitation will seek to procure full requirements service for the Residential and Small Commercial Classes for 12-month and 24-month supply periods, and the Consolidated Large Commercial and Industrial Class for a 12-month supply period. All supply periods begin on June 1, 2021.
The Independent Evaluator posted an Addendum to the RFP Rules, which provides information relevant to the upcoming solicitation including the number of tranches available. Beginning in Section 1.4, the addendum also details modifications to the processing of Proposals in response to emergency measures in place due to COVID-19. These modifications include an additional option to use digital signatures to complete the Inserts, the requirement to submit the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit as an electronic PDF file by electronic means, and greater flexibility in resubmission of the Bid Form (if needed). These modifications will be further described in the webcast.
