ARCHIVED AND NO LONGER RELEVANTOctober 14, 2010: Results of Fall 2010 Solicitation Released
In the PECO Energy Default Service Plan settlement filing, which was approved by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on April 16, 2009, parties agreed to the public release of certain information regarding the results of each solicitation 30 days after the solicitation (or 21 days before the supply period starts, whichever comes earlier). On September 24, 2010, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission approved PECO’s request to release the results of the Fall 2010 Solicitation on October 14, 2010. The Fall 2010 solicitation was held on September 20, 2010 for supply starting on January 1, 2011.
